Public Meeting: Chair Robblee convened the meeting at 7:15. He congratulated the winners of the Town Vote on March 10, 2009 (Scott Burnside and CR Willeke), and then the Board members congratulated him.
Approval of Planning Board Meeting Minutes: Mr. Schacht moved the minutes as presented. Mrs. Wasserloos seconded the minutes and the minutes were unanimously approved by the Board.
Business Meeting:
Master Plan: Review session rescheduled for April 2nd meeting
In-Ex Homes: Awaiting letter from Phil Marrotte authorizing Jack Belletete to deal with the Board – Mr. Vasques discussed the update
Subdivision Regulation Changes – Option B:
Section IV - Option B – was never formally written and approved. Mr. Vasques will work on this. He hopes to have it ready for the April 2, 2009 meeting. The Board members discussed the two options – the similarities
and the differences. Town Counsel has reviewed portions of Option B.
The greatest difference is that the lots can not be sold until the road is
built to Town specifications. Mr. Burnside recalled that the Town of Belmont had a good ordinance.
New Cingular Wireless, PCS, LLCMarch 17, 2009 – ZBA meeting:. Mr. Vasques summarized the meeting which had been the first presentation by Anderson & Krieger for a Personal Wireless Service Facility on property owned by John & Wendy Dunlap located at 22 High Street, Map 242 Lot
6 in the Residential District. The public hearing was held upstairs in Town Hall with approximately 40 attendees. The meeting was well run by Chair John Kendall. Attorney Wilkins of Anderson & Krieger presented the application to the attendees, and then both those for and against the proposal were given the opportunity to speak. There was no decision - the
meeting was continued to April 14, 2009.
Status of new Town Planner: The Town Planner is no longer a full time position It will be a 16 – 25 hour position. Mr. Schacht said the Selectmen would discuss the status at the next Selectmen’s meeting on March 23, 2009.

Code Enforcement: No new actions
New business from the floor: Election of officers will take place on April 2, 2009.
The Board members discussed the potential of a wind farm in the western portion of Antrim on the ridge of hills (Tuttle Mountain) in the Rural Conservation District.
At 7:55 pm, Mr. Snow moved to adjourn the meeting which was seconded by Mr. Schacht, and unanimously agreed upon by all. Chair Robblee adjourned the meeting.
